Drumil Joshi is a Monitoring and Diagnostics Analyst II at Southern Power Company, where he designs and deploys AI-driven systems for real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and optimization of large-scale wind, solar, and battery assets operating in live grid environments. He earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington and has authored seven international research papers that have accumulated over 400 citations across a five-year span. His work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and renewable energy has been featured by international media outlets including Tech-Times, Tech-Bullion, WION, DNA India, Hindustan Times, India.com, Gizbot, CXOToday, SiliconIndia, and Yahoo News, highlighting his contributions to AI-based grid stability, renewable energy forecasting, vibration diagnostics, battery health analytics, and autonomous energy systems. As an editor, he brings a practitioner-researcher perspective that emphasizes scientific rigor, real-world applicability, and conceptual clarity, with a focus on shaping manuscripts into impactful contributions that advance both academic scholarship and industry practice.
Nisha Rathore is an Assistant Professor at the Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University Chhattisgarh, Raipur. She holds a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and Engineering, having earned her B.Tech. from Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an M.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology, Patna. She is a GATE and UGC-NET qualified academician with a commendable research profile, marked by numerous paper publications in Scopus-, IEEE-, and Web of Science–indexed journals. Her scholarly contributions extend to two authored books, multiple book chapters, five edited books, two granted patents, and three published patents, reflecting her consistent engagement in research and innovation. Her research interests encompass Brain–Computer Interfaces, Soft Computing, Machine Learning, Fuzzy Logic, and Computer Networks. An active professional, she is a member of IAENG, ISTE, CSTA, IFERP, and the Institutional Innovation Council, where she actively fosters technological advancement and academic excellence. Beyond academia, through her self-help book “The Paradise of Ultimate Happiness,” she is dedicated to promoting student well-being, happiness, and holistic personal development, reinforcing her commitment to education with purpose and compassion.
Dr. M. Shunmugasundaram is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Chennai, India. He received his Ph.D. in Stress Management from Kalasalingam University and holds postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, International Business, and Management, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He has over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration at reputed engineering and management institutions. His research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Stress Management, Marketing Management, and applications of Artificial Intelligence in management and education. He has authored and edited books and published research articles in Scopus, Web of Science, SCI, ABDC, and UGC CARE–listed journals. He is the recipient of several academic awards, holds national and international patents, and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for international journals. His current research focuses on AI-enabled decision systems, digital transformation, sustainability, and employee well-being.
Dr. Surbhi Khare is currently Working as an Assistant professor in the department of Information Technology, Priyadarshini College of Engineering Nagpur, India. She has presented at international conferences in India like IIT, NIT and published in many international journals, Scopus journal of repute. Her research areas networking, Wireless, Block chain Technology include Cloud computing and security, etc. She believes in continuous learning and has been doing a lot of professional certifications throughout his illustrious career. She has attended many technical workshop, training program of CSE in India. Also, she has active SPOC of NPTEL/SWAYAM courses by IIT, on organization level. She has organized international conferences and conducted several workshops & guest lecturers for students and faculties.
